By accessing the iGLASS.net Internet Web Site (the “Site”), you agree to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and our Privacy Policy (collectively “Rules”).

In the case of any violation of these Rules, IGN reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations. These Rules apply to all visits to IGN’s Site. 

Restrictions On Use of the Site and Content

This Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. IGN and the third parties that provide content on the Site may make improvements and/or changes in the products, services, programs, and prices described in the Site at any time without notice. Changes are periodically made to the Site.

The Rules represent the entire understanding relating to the use of the Site and prevail over any prior or contemporaneous, conflicting or additional, communications. IGN can revise the Rules at any time without notice by updating this posting.

Any action related to this Site will be governed by North Carolina law and controlling U.S. federal law. No choice of law rules of any jurisdiction will apply.

Software Use

Any software that is made available to you to download from the Site (the “Software”) is the copyrighted work of IGN and/or third parties. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement which accompanies, or is included with, the Software (the “License Agreement”). The trademarks, logos and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on this Site are the property of IGN or other third parties. You are not permitted to use these Marks without the prior written consent of IGN or such appropriate third party. “IGN” and “iGLASS” are registered trademarks of InfoStructure Solutions, Inc.

All Content on the Site is (and shall continue to be) owned exclusively by IGN or other third parties owners, and is protected under applicable copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade dress, and/or other proprietary rights, and the copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such Content or any part of the Site is prohibited. Under no circumstances will you acquire any ownership rights or other interest in any Content by or through your use of the Site.

If IGN removes any Content from this site, all licenses granted with respect to the removed Content are immediately terminated.

Access to Password Protected/Secure Areas

Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site shall be subject to prosecution.
